You will be responsible for the development and promotion of services and operation of the Radiology Department in Raffles Hospital. You shall provide the direction, framework and organization to achieve the highest professional standards and quality goals for clinical, operational, financial and service quality of the department. And also ensure the optimal use of resources. You shall develop and implement plans to attract and retain essential skills and to motivate staff to bring out the best in the team and to contribute to organisational goals.
You should have a recognised Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years’ of management experience with demonstration of leadership ability in a healthcare or other service-related industry managing front-line operations. You must be self-driven and able to work independently and with all levels of staff. Background in Radiology will be an added advantage.
