What is TITAN?

Who can use TITAN?
All patients concerned with loose or sagging skin regardless of skin type or colour may benefit from TITAN. Pregnant women and those who have had a history of cancer especially at the affected area are advised from using TITAN. Individuals who have advanced aging skin coupled with sun damage and excessive wrinkles may not be the ideal candidates for this treatment.
How long is the procedure?
From 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the area treated.
After the procedure:
- There is no special care after treatment.
- Makeup can be applied immediately to the skin if so desired.
- As a part of good skin care, avoiding sun exposure and use of a broad spectrum sunscreen after treatment is recommended.
Are there any side effects?
- Some mild redness and swelling can be expected in the treated areas.
- Both should dissipate within a few hours.
How soon can I expect to see the effects?
- Some patients see results immediately.
- Most patients see gradual results over 3-6 months as new collagen is formed and the skin tightens.
- The effect lasts 6-12 months depending on the individual.
- Patients can resume their usual skin care regime.
What happens if I did not continue treatment?
It is not known as the technology is still very new. Patients can expect their results to be maintained for a few years after the treatment.
